It was the year 1980 during the month of June, in a 250 m² garage just to the South of Turin, that TECNORICAMBI came into existence thanks to the keen eye of its founder.

The mission was clear, marketing spare parts for earthmoving machinery. These were the great years of Simit, Rock and BenFra... on the Italian market there was great growth for those green excavators called Hydromac, that up today have allowed us to be in a worldwide leadership position; everything was hand-built in our warehouse, even the shelves we used to store materials, desks and other objects, but soon we found the need of more work space, so we moved to an 500 m² industrial warehouse.

Then Fiat-Allis years came and the market was spreading all over the Italian peninsula, islands included, with daily deliveries increasing all the time, so it was necessary to invest into our business.

The founder, always inclined to the growth of his company, tried to convey TECNORICAMBI to the foreign market, where soon sales brought about significant growth. With the advent of Fiat-Hitachi a chance appeared to become the Italian sole dealer of ITT Jabsco Diesel Oil Transfer Pumps, and this gave us new motivation to face and look for new goals to reach!

Time then passed as Fiat-Kobelco e New Holland appeared on the scene... the new younger generation, always joined by the persisting oversight of its founder, is trying to expand what was done in the past.

Today TECNORICAMBI has expanded to a 3,000 m² area with addition, since February 2007, of a fully computerised carousel warehouse, 8 m tall, which has added an extra 250 m² of warehousing for 4,000 items, added to the other 8,000 spare parts in stock. That means more than 32,000 spare parts handled per year and more than 40 national and international shipments per day, with the support of four different couriers.

All our past and present history let us understood we need to make a further metamorphosis, so starting by January 2008 TECNORICAMBI has become TECNORICAMBI S.p.A.!
