Even when orders are placed by phone, verbally, via email or fax, the Customer must still submit each order in writing, including all necessary information to clearly identify the requested product (description, reference number, product code, quantity).

Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the goods and report any defects and/or discrepancies in writing to Tecnoricambi S.r.l. no later than 8 days from the delivery date. In the case of hidden defects, the Buyer must notify Tecnoricambi S.r.l. in writing within 8 days of their discovery. Any other form of claim, especially verbal, will not be considered valid.

Returns due to Buyer error may be made within 8 days of delivery, only with prior written authorization from Tecnoricambi S.r.l., which will issue a return authorization number. This number must be clearly stated on the return delivery note, otherwise the goods will be rejected.

Authorized returns must be shipped free of charge (carriage paid) to our warehouse in Trofarello (TO), and must be sent at the Buyer’s cost and risk. Only goods in perfect condition, with all identifying labels intact, complete with all accessories, and in the original packaging, will be accepted.

Once the return is verified and the goods are confirmed to be intact, a credit note will be issued for 80% of the invoiced amount. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover commercial, administrative, and repackaging costs.

If the return is due to an error attributable to Tecnoricambi S.r.l., the company will bear all return costs, following the procedure outlined in the return authorization, and a full refund will be issued.

The prices indicated are exclusive of VAT and, unless expressly stated in the order confirmation, are understood as Ex Works (EXW) from our facility in Trofarello (TO).
Therefore, prices do not include standard shipping and packaging costs, which are calculated as a flat-rate percentage.
Any special or customized packaging requested by the customer will be invoiced at cost, according to specific agreements.

Tecnoricambi Srl guarantees the proper functioning of the products for a period of 1 year from their delivery. For the purposes of this warranty, the Customer undertakes, under penalty of forfeiture, to report in writing to Tecnoricambi Srl any malfunction of the goods within and no later than 8 days from its discovery. This warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by the Buyer due to negligence in use or use not in accordance with the intended purpose of the goods, or caused by repairs, replacement of individual components, or any circumstance beyond the seller’s control. Defects and failures resulting from normal wear and tear of the goods are also excluded from the warranty. If conformity defects of the goods are found, Tecnoricambi Srl undertakes to restore conformity by repairing or replacing the goods or their individual components. The shipment of the defective goods to Tecnoricambi Srl at its headquarters in Trofarello (TO) for evaluation of the reported defects and, if confirmed, for repair or replacement, must be carried out at the Buyer’s expense and care, accompanied by a regular transport document stating the authorization number. In case repair or replacement is impossible, the warranty will be limited to the refund of the purchase price. Any liability for direct and/or indirect damages resulting from the supplied goods is expressly excluded, including, but not limited to, labor costs for disassembly and/or assembly, costs and compensation for production downtime, as well as any delays in repair or replacement. If the application of this warranty requires the return of the goods, they must be returned complete with accessories, at the Buyer’s expense, in the original packaging. Warranty will be automatically void if product identification marks are removed. The seller also disclaims any liability for damage to persons or property occurring during use or caused by or connected to the supplied products. Tecnoricambi Srl does not guarantee that the products meet particular specifications or technical characteristics, nor their suitability for specific uses unless such characteristics have been expressly agreed in writing with the Customer.
